Okay, so it took me longer than a minute before I could read this, but I have now.

And ... awww. So, of course I read this while listening to the right "soundtrack". And it's so very ... atmospheric. It's quiet and I could practically feel the low light and the singing - and I like that you decided to write about self-esteem issues and all that, too. That made the fic seem more real. You know, like this:

Jared is fairly sure that Jensen regretted his long-contemplated idea the moment he told him, because he knew that Jared would hold him to his word and make him do it even if he happened to suddenly change his mind again and start backing out.

That's what happens when you tell friends your plans when you're not even so sure yourself.

And this made me think a little bit for a while:

Doing theater, directing, singing, yachting… anything just to never stop moving.

Might actually have some truth in it.

Jensen himself keeps on saying how much he loves challenges and, speaking as someone who's only brave enough to get a tattoo, I'll probably never understand it. In the last M&G, he talks about bungee jumping and skydiving and shark fishing (which he's already done), base jumping... Guess I am a coward, but just typing those words makes my stomach jump with fear.

Compared to Jensen, I am a coward. I have way too many phobias. You're not a coward because you don't have a tattoo, I know you're not a big fan of them. :)
