Remember that nasty billing problem I had with Dell because they wouldn't fix a billing mistake that was their fault, that I ended up disputing with American Express? In today's mail I got a notice from American Express that the dispute was resolved in my favor. Yay, now I just need to dispute my what looks like a denial of my dental claim before its too late...
