Soo...in the past year I think just about anything that could have changed in my life did. Not that it's a bad thing but it's just change and it takes adjusting. I think my emotions are still trying to catch up ( Read more... )

Hey sweets.. how's it going? I'm doing well. I just got through reading your post, and it sounds like you're happy, which, of course, makes ME happy.

So, you're thinking of administration? I agree that a position in administration can be great if your environment is ideal to you. Good luck in that!

Heeeyyy... good to hear from you.

I have applied to UNLV for the Fall semester (deadline for Spring is WAY over). Just waiting to hear if I'm accepted or not. I have to take the Residual ACT test for placement and finish up financial aide stuff, and I'll be all set.

As far as jobs go, I've had a couple of interviews. One at a place called EMC2 (not for me), one at Charlotte Russe (doesn't pay well) and one at the Rio Hotel & Casino (graveyard shift- not good). The next interview I have is the one I'm really hoping for. It's at the Venetian, which is a big, beautiful expensive hotel & casino. It also has the night club Tao. I don't know if you've ever heard of it. It's got a lot of celebs hanging around.. like Paris Hilton, the Wayans brothers, Ice-T, Keanu Reeves, Usher, Josh Duhamel, Shane West.. even Chelsea Clinton.. haha. So you KNOW I'd be into that! Anywho, the job is for a data control specialist. My interview is on Monday, so cross your fingers and pray for me!

Hey there....you are always so busy. If you don't feel like coxing, do what you will enjoy doing. There is no reason to waste time doing something you don't enjoy anymore. You are an awsome cox but you have so many other talents that you can pursue if you had more time. I dont want to sway your decision either way but I am sure deep down inside you know what you want to do ( ... )
