Long time no post
Damn, it's been forever since I last felt any inclination to post anything. Currently gearing to find out if I got accepted to some MA programs in Clinical Psych, going on group interviews, anticipating (and hoping to proceed to) the following steps towards my future education. The odds of getting accepted are so slim that even mere optimism is risky, so I'm trying to turn pessimism to realism and stay hopeful and grounded about the whole process. It's not easy though. Fingers crossed it all ends well and I find the place that's meant for me (one way or another).
I want to be past all this uncetainty and ambiguity and have something tangible and reliable to latch on to. Can't it be July already?
Meanwhile, I've taken a RDJ hiatus for a few months but now the romance is back with a vengence, quite possibly due to things heating up again for IM2's release in a few days (note to self - NEED to find someone to go with me to the premiere). I'm right back where I left off - wanting to see anything this talented man has ever done, and the sucky thing is there were some loose ends left from my last infatuation bout (like only watching about half of his Ally McBeal eps) that cannot be retied due to some useful sites being shut down. It's highly frustrating in this day and age to simply not be able to make up lost ground because of something as trivial as a dead YouTube link. I think I've gotten too used to the easy life, it suddenly makes no sense to me that I can's simply have any media I desire at my fingertips.
Oh well, off to find some new sources.
