Found it and Remembered it!
So while sitting at a local bus stop on my way home from the Montreal Meet-up (which was quite a bit of fun, I must say), and whiling away my time on my precious iPod, I remembered that I had Buck-Tick's Dress PV on there and that it was their Vocalist Atsushi Sakurai's (I had to look that up, I'm afraid I'm not that uber) look in that PV which rather inspired me for Calinth's appearance.
