That's how much I weigh. People have been telling me for months that I'm losing too much weight and they may have a point. I haven't weighed this little since I was in high school. I had no idea until my regular follow-up visit today. The doctor told me back in April that I needed to cut down on starches and carbohydrates. So, out went the bagel with peanut butter every morning; Chinese take-out; almost all desserts, pasta, potatos, and anything with corn in it. Substituted them with lots of salad, fresh fruit, nuts and grilled chicken. Lost ten pounds in four months. All in all, that makes about twenty pounds lost since I first discovered gray jeans.
