I must say... I totally saw this coming. I love a good book OR a good party, and I'm smart (at least in some circles *wink*). But, I'm not stoic at all. Fun times are my favourite times. :D And well before I seriously wanted to be a writer, I seriously wanted to be scientist/chemist, so I create new cures and new tech and stuff like that. And I do love a good pickle to work my way out of as well. Usually with my mouth, not my fists, however. I also ALWAYS back the underdog in a fight. That could be because I spent far too many years being the underdog myself, so I know, first-hand, just how incredibly crappy it is to be relentlessly teased and/or pushed around by people bigger or stronger or just plain meaner than you. So, when I see such behavior, I can't help but try and stop it. Just like Ten. :D He's my fictional hero, you might say. Even if he did go a bit bonkers (read: dark) towards the end of this tenth incarnation of his.
Anyhoo...
In RL news, I might FINALLY have a new job coming up, one that I can physically get to, anyway (as the last one was in the city and too far away for Van Go to take me). Which was half the battle. It entails tutoring young kids in after school mini-classes. It's also one that pays up to 50 bucks an hour. I was beginning to think I'd NEVER get a job though. Still...Cross your fingers and toes for me, folks, if ya please, cuz it's not COMPLETELY mine yet.
Also? I see that my birthday is FAST approaching. (In fact, at precisely this time new week, I will be 28 years and 30 minutes old. So, you know what THAT means, right? A BRAND-NEW PICSPAM OF MORE 'HOT ACTORS' is also fast coming up!!!! :D And trust me when I tell you that there are gonna be some newbies and some oldies-but-goodies, and some awesome new pictures of them all. So, you'll have THAT forward to, at the very least... ;)
So, what say you, m'dear awesome friends' list? How goes it? Everything going okay? I hope so. And if so, or even if not, I DO wanna hear about it. So sorry I've been a bit scarce as of late though. I hope to be better about posting in the future.
