I know I don't post often. Life can be hectic or boring, in either case I don't tend to broadcast the ups and down Instead I tend to check to see what others have found interesting. Today I was met with a 'survey' from TPTB so I completed it then failed to send it as the form complained that the input was invalid

You'll probably find that you missed one tiny box. A sensible form would highlight the missing box. Sounds like this is not a sensible form...
