Hells yeah.
Our second album The Midnight Organ Fight is released TODAY (14th April 2008) in the UK. So in case you weren't sure whether to purchase the record or that sweater that you're not certain suits you, here are a few words people have written on the subject (of the album, not the sweater).
They sound like The Who playing in a Wickerman, a funeral pyre for folk, rock and anything else musically combustible. Most acts can't produce two records as good as this and debut album Sing The Greys in a career, let alone a matter of months.

Frightened Rabbit aren't the first band to explore loneliness, horniness, or emptiness in song, just like they aren't the first set of siblings to decide to jam together, but their jangly melodies claw their way inside your brain just the same, making them latest in a long line of Glasgow bands to effortlessly combine celebratory sonics and miserablist lyrics into something singular.

Bleak though 'The Midnight Organ Fight' is, it's also utterly beautiful. Anyone who's ever had their soul squashed like a grape by a heartless partner will be able to relate to these tales of love, loss and general despondency. Its a dark tunnel, but this record is worth it.

Frightened Rabbit give each one of their songs a beating heart and a bared soul.
Soaring pop majesty.

Not much more to say except that I have been listening to this album over and over again for the past month and it's exciting to really get into a band so much like this again... something that hasn't happened since I got addicted to Weezer. BUY IT !!
