....ribbit
We had good ol Frogman and Tubby out last night. Sometimes it is easy to forget why we put effort into keeping these guys. It is easy to see why we love them so much.
Aqila fell asleep with one of these guys on her last night, they both just curled up on the couch and took a nap.
Last weekend I picked up this guy. It is called a Waxy Monkey Tree Frog. They are hilarious, they can't hop because their legs are so small, instead they crawl slowly through the branches. It is hilarious to watch, especially when they have a belly full of crickets......
My other hobby has become the propagation of carnivorous plants. Here is my terrarium....
Some of the plants....
Check out the new traps coming in on this guy...
This is my oldest pitcher plant, it is starting to throw some really big traps...

These plants are a great discipline. They have some very strict rules of husbandry that if not followed will cause the demise of the plant. Sometimes if their requirements are not met they will continue to grow but not throw traps. You know you are doing a good job when they grow and throw jobs. So in a way they let you know of they are happy.
