Top four states for girls (in no particular order) are Cali, Arizona, Texas and Florida. Well Florida for the classy stripper ones.
Last place is the entire midwest.
You want to see expensive living come up to the north east. High cost of living, high property taxes and the roads get killed every winter so the city/state are always playing catch up trying to fix them.... and here I am.
