I'm watching the Star Wars Spectacular on G4, a broadcast of the Star Wars panel at Comic Con, and the two idiots hosting it won't shut the hell up. Pippin and Pumpkin were playing tonight. Actually playing! They were chasing each other back and forth around the house and Pippin kept making these happy chirping noises (he makes the same noise when he's playing chase games with me). Tonight's Heroes was one the best episodes yet! (and I'm counting both seasons) There were several moments that had me cheering out loud, especially the surprise at the end, and some moments that were very moving.

I was just watching an episode of CSI and they did an experiment on the show that was EXACTLY the same as an experiment the Mythbusters did a season or two ago. The Mythbusters launched a chunk of truck tire at the head of a balistics gell dummy wearing a helmet to see if a blown truck tire could decapitate a motorcyclist. For about a week or two, I've been having this not-enough-hours-in-the-day feeling. Work has been busy beyond busy, and in addition, I've been trying to keep up a good pace on the comic, do some new art for LosCon, and I've got about half a dozen books lined up that I want to read. Our Hippy Slacker Moving Sale on eBay has been doing really well so far. We're already over halfway to our short term goal, which is to take a week long trip to Oregon to scout it out in preparation of our long term goal, which is to get a house up there.
