Can someone explain to me...
...what's the purpose of filling a missile with buzz-saw droids instead of explosives? All it does is give your enemy a chance to shake them off and keep attacking you. And besides, wouldn't a bunch of little droids be way more expensive than an explosive warhead anyway?
...why the Jedi starfighters have no missile counter measures? Obi-Wan had to resort to dumping his spare parts in Episode II and in Episode III, Anakin confused a pair of missiles by spinning (which wouldn't actually work, by the way). Where are their flares? Chaff? Radar jamming antennas? Chaff isn't even that high tech. You can make it out of things in your kitchen. All it takes is aluminum foil and scissors. Don't have scissors, you say? Then you can rip it with your hands! And if the best missile guidance systems in the galaxy can be beaten by spare parts, they sure as heck would be beaten by chaff.
...why General Grievous was so powerful in Clone Wars that he could take on five Jedi at once and win, but in Revenge of the Sith, he runs like a scaredy cat every chance he gets and is beaten by just one?
...why General Grievous' organic heart is just hanging there in mid-air, behind a pair of relatively small armor plates which can be easily pried apart? Why go through the trouble of making a bad-ass, Jedi-killing cyborg if you're going to give him such an obvious weak spot? And for that matter, why weren't all the other Jedi he killed able to capitalize on or even notice that weakness?
...how Obi-Wan and Anakin were able to fight on floating/flying debris just inches above hot lava? Even forgetting for a moment the question of how they were able to balance on small moving objects and fight at the same time, which in itself is ridiculous, how could they have so much as held a conversation, much less sustained a sword fight in those conditions? Have you ever been near lava? I have, just once, and it wasn't even the bright red, free flowing kind they showed in the movie. It was the black and crusty on top, moving about an inch or two a minute kind, and not only was it hotter than hot, the fumes were absolutely choking. I'm sorry, but I can't believe even Jedi could fight like they did in that kind of environment.
...why Anakin can stand on a piece of metal floating debris inches above lava with no ill effects, but when he lands on gravel a few feet from the same lava, he suddenly bursts into flames?
