I just got my confirmation for the Loscon art show. On one hand, I'm looking forward to the con, but on the other hand, I have to make a bunch of new art for it, and I'm not sure what I'm going to do.
I had wanted to do a couple Talk Like a Pirate Day greeting cards to sell though my CafePress store this year, but between my comic, Loscon, and other non-art related stuff, I don't think I'll have the time.
I'm still having money problems. It was going well this pay period, but then today I had to fill up my van, so I'm broke again.
My doctor wants me to see a psychiatrist and she can't understand why I don't want to. For one, I don't have any issues that need to be talked out. It's just a chemical imbalance in my head, and as long as I take my meds, I'm fine. And for another thing, I can't afford it. I can barely afford to see her. She also told me that my weight gain over the past few years isn't healthy. Really? I never would have fucking known! God, I hate doctors.
