I just finished up my first Capoeira class tonight. Wow, I have to say, it was great. I'm all sore, pretty tired, and I've identified one definite blister, with two possibles on the same foot...and yet, I feel excellent. It was a really good workout, it was damned satisfying, and I have to say, it was actually very fun.
So, now I do Tai Chi and Capoeira, each once a week. I think I'll kick off each day to some push ups/sit ups, followed by stretching and Capoeira, then I'll finish off each night with stretching and Tai Chi. That way I'll get woken up nice and quick in the morning with a healthy aerobic exercise, then I can finish up at the end of the day with nice, relaxing, centering Tai Chi.
And now, to ponder the big question of the day...do I drop the 3 grand to replace the engine in my car, or just buy a new one :-/
Anyway, I'm off for the night.
