New Job!!
So after months of searching I finally landed myself a shiny new Job. I've given my 2 weeks notice and will start May 1st, the day after I return from the Big Sur Marathon. I'll be doing Audio Visual(which is indeed my desired field of work for those not in the know) at the law firm Sonnenschein downtown. The office is actually between the 75th and 82nd floors of the Sears Tower, so the views are insane. So the really good news is that I will finally have a normal schedule, and wont have to wear a suit. I honestly don't know what I'll do with a normal job and weekends off. It seems like I've been working weekends forever. I will also be making considerably more money than I am now, which of course is pretty nice. I'm incredibly excited, and feel like this could be the job I finally become comfortable at and grow at. Time will tell.
Well I'll let you all know how it goes once I start in about 2 weeks. I'll also probably give my marathon update then too. I don't expect much, since I spent a decent amount of this winter injured. It'll be better than Boston last year but definitely no personal bests. It's also a very hilly course. The upside is that it's supposed to be the prettiest marathon in America. Check you later kids.
