new calender

So, as many of you have probably noticed, my first name is spells out by the first eltteres of July-November.  I've always thought this was pretty cool, but a recent fatigue fueled fit of fugue revealed to me that the remaining seven months could spell out my middle initial and last name, with some appropiate tweaking.  I don't think its too much to ask to have the entire English speaking world alter things to fit my vanity, so here goes:

July
August
September
October
November

Memember = This isn't even the tenth month anymore, so this change actually makes things easier

Ianuary = The Roman's didn't have a J, so this is probably MORE historically accurate.
Sebrurary = OK, sounds a little bit like sebacious, which is nasty.  May need more work.
Omarch = I think this is an obvious improvement.  Just sounds better, and will fit poetry involving the month well.
Lirpa = April backwards, and also the name of that weapon that Spock tried to kill Kirk with in that one episode.
Day = The month already has Mother's Day, we should consider moving other "Day" holidays to conform.
Adjudication = A month for introspection.  May seem like a leap, but not when viewed in light of my next change:

Moving the date of New Years' Day.  I could have it  last name first, but if we are changing things, why bother with that.  July 1st is a much better day for New Years' anyway.  If you live up north, it won't be so damn cold when you go out to party.  And it leaves the Austrailians to party in their winter, for once.  Hell, we can even have New New Years' and Old New Years, for people who can't conform, or who just like to party.  I'm seeing serious boosts to the economy where with another big party day being added.

This is your invitation to join me for New New Years' 2009.  Hope to see you all out and partying.
