Oz and James Drinking and Schtoiking
Watching Oz and James' Schtoinking/Drinking Holiday in Britain, episode 1, (sorry, Nix & DB, I could wait no longer!), and what song should appear on the soundtrack, quite early on? Friday I'm in Love (acoustic version) by The Cure. Aww, boys! Don't be subtle or anything! :D
James: (talking about barley) So this stuff, because it's in a husk...it's in its own little shed!
James: *still thinking about sheds*
Aww, James! Do I love him more than he loves Oz? It's hard to tell. Oz is talking about how civilisation as we know it was formed because people wanted to drink beer. I'll drink to that!
OMG, the kiwi is SO CUTE! (but I didn't take a screengrab, he's not James after all!)
James: How many of them (hops) would you have in one pint?
Cute kiwi brewer: It'd depend really. If it was a good beer, you'd probably have a lot of hops. One hundred maybe. If it's a very heavily hopped pint.
Oz: Really? One hundred?
Kiwi: I'd like to think so!
(Is he taking the piss? Is he actually Bret from Flight of the Conchords?! It's not that I think all Kiwis are the same, but... there is a similarity, right?)
James: Like sweetness is a nymph being chased by a viking of bitterness down the gullet.
James: *spits out wine in Oz's direction*
Oz: *flailing* Stop spitting all over my shirt!
Yorkshire vintner man: *looks on fondly* (*is secret slasher*)
Johnnypurple: *is distracted by James' arm hair* *is closest bear fancier*
James reads beer tasting notes to Oz. Check out the girl behind the bar:

The lovely couple: *get on train*
James: That man just took a picture of your arse.
James: We're being really poncy about this. You've said terroir! Get out!
James' hair: *is fluffy*
Man being bar: *ships them*

(The poncy thing is that I didn't even have to look up how to spell 'terroir'!)
