That bogan definition is wrong - they don't discipline their children at all.

Von Dracula is still bad? :D Well I like Jeremy but I really don't like von Dracula. Does he even own anything beside black clohtes ?

I haven't seen this episode yet. I have to get it.
Some strange reason fifth gear is on the air all the time in Finland :/ And I really don't like that show.

oh, is it the black clothing the reason why you call him Von Dracula?! That's funny! Living in Melbourne, i'm used to all-black outfits - it's practically the uniform here! Perhaps he is from Melbourne originally?

I've never seen Fifth Gear but i've people speak of it with loathing and derision. I don't plan on catching it. It sounds like a car show and I'm not really into that kind of thing! ;)

Everyone should watch Neighbours and therefore know what 'bogan' means.

Sounds intriguing!! Still trying to work out if I could cope with something which is not!Top Gear. Maybe...

It's a strange experience - it looks like Top Gear, it sounds like Top Gear, it moves like Top Gear. But some of the central elements (which just happen to be the reason I enjoy TG so much in the first place) are missing. So if you fancy a foray into a parallel universe which lacks the familiar OT3, then maybe, perhaps. I'm worried I'm getting used to it all too quickly. But maybe it means that when I go back to "real" TG then I'll enjoy it all the more!

Next week they are playing lawn bowls, but with cars instead of bowling balls - so that might be fun. :)

Give them time. I saw the first two minutes of the first episode on youtube and even though that's all I've seen I know enough to know I ship Not!Richard/NOT NOT NOT James. And that not!Jeremy is trying to be Jeremy, and once he gets it through his head that he isn't, maybe he'll get better.

Do you know where I can get some links to Australian Stig? Preferably the first time they talk about him? I need to know how much I like him.

Not!Richard/NOTNOTNOT!James is something I could come to ship too - they do flirt to a certain extent. I think I also ship Not!Richard/Aussie!Stig.

this is all i could find about the stig on their website, though i did see a link for DLs for the episodes if you wanted to go in that direction. the talk so far has been similar to the kind of thing the UK lads talk about their stig. though these guys make reference to him not talking (whereas UK TG has mentioned that the stig talks to them, or to the guests). Julia Zemiro (the guest this week) said that he sat next to her in the car giggling - because she didn't know how to drive a manual. So he's a giggler! Bless. :)

A giggly Stig? *ponders possibilities* nah, I'll still have White Stig over Au. Stig any day. (and I've just earlier realized that the abbreviation for Australia is Au. I find that hilarious.)

Still if you wanted to write more Stig-on-Stig action, a giggly Australian Stig would be a workable addition.
