I have spent wasted too much time searching for this, so I turn now, in desperation, to you, my dear flist. Do any of you know how to make animated icons? I have some urgent need for one of this little action of Wolverine's, during the cage fighting scene of the first X-men film. It can be seen here at the 0.16 mark:
