There should always be more James/Julian. Though I did have a dark bunny (I have happy, angst-free ideas occasionally, honest!) which I chatted with RD about a while ago for James/Julian/Noel where James and Julian are seeing each other, and Noel is a bit sceptical at first
[Noel’s first reaction was to pull a face like an ancient greek passion mask, his mouth practically a square.
Julian felt oddly wrong footed about it all- telling your best friend about your new -sort of-not quite- relationship wasn’t supposed to feel like you were confessing an affair. “Noel?” he prodded.
The mask started to crack, and a noise like steam began to leak out; real fear clutched at Julian’s guts until the sound dropped a pitch, hitched once, and he realised Noel was giggling. He inhaled, snorted and managed to say in between gasps, "You are having casual sex with someone?”
“Yes. Sort of.”
“You don’t have casual sex with anyone; you have deep, meaningful relationships that transcend all of time and space as you quest for the inner meaning of, of-“ Noel waved his hand and tried not to be distracted by his own hat, “things that don’t have them. I have sex in cupboards.”]
and then all not-quite outraged and sort of, "But you're in love with me!" (though not in so many words, and with more mocking and flirting and climbing all over Julian's lap, naturally) when he's not complaining that James doesn't know what hair product is.
This was going to lead to the most awkward threesome ever where James doesn't want to be there but does it because he thinks Julian needs it, Noel does it because he wants to assert that Julian's his, and Julian really doesn't know why he does it, other than Noel tells him to. Or something.
But I suppose that could work as just James/Julian.
oh god yes! this is wonderful. and that sounds like one awkward threesome. brilliant! you must write it all. what else can i do to encourage you? oh yes, the picspam. it is on its way.
i had a plot bunnikin for a julian/james fic but i may have fostered it out to Doodle to write.

I dunno; I'm sure someone out there must be shipping zombie/zombie (I'm pretty sure that Riona's written Zombie Morgan/Zombie Holden), and besides- a whole army worth of ships!? It'd be fantastic!
But a whole army of DW ships would just end up fighting each other, I reckon. Rose/9 would fight Rose/10 would fight Martha/10 would fight Jack/10 would fight Jack/Ianto would fight Jack/Gwen would fight... it would just keep on going! For ever! Into time! For all time! I would like to see you control that! ;-)
Whereas an army of TG ships, now THAT i think could work as a coordinated if orgitastic effort. We don't have shipping wars. We can work as a group. We have aliens and cars and fire and POWAR and all sorts of other things... I don't know.... It's almost tomorrow here - I should be in bed! Why am I still up? Because I am obsessed with finding the original image used for this icon. For the picspam, you see. It's all I can think about. :0
