Rain. Oh god, I love it.
Ooooooh - thunderstorm! Lightening. Thunder. And that strange, unfamiliar sound... what is it again? Oh yes, RAIN! I love it! ... I wish it would rain all night. We could sure do with it. But it seems to be easing off a bit now, even though there's still the odd crack of thunder.
Nothing much else to report. Easter weekend nice but fairly uneventful. Afternoon tea and scones with nixwilliams, daniel-bethany, sajee, peace-bloom and R. Then dinner with the parentals and I spoke to my sis in Switzerland for the first time in ages. We woke her up.
Rewatched Boondock Saints - boys still pretty. Need icon/s. Need to read more hot hot bro!yay fic. 'Workshopped' a TG AU fic idea with Nix. Oh yes, also watched Guy Fawkes is Richard Hammond's Historic Boyfriend and Richard Loves Him like Mega Exploding Buildings thing. Fun. Richard too cute for words. Also on a bike. Also surrounded by other people of similar or lesser height than him. Aw!
Also watched Three Men in a Boat - movie from the 70s with Michael Palin and Tim Curry. Pretty hilarious and worth watching for the hot hot fashions alone. Two words: bathing costumes. Was confused throughout - I have deep the hots for Tim Curry as Frank N'Furter, but as Jerome K. Jerome, sporting a hideous moustache, I didn't know what to think.
Nix, DB and I decided to do our own Three Men in a Boat thing down the Thames when we are all next in the UK. Except maybe downstream instead of upstream and maybe without the dog. Also, I am not a man. But the sporting hat-cap-things - they're a must! Am now reading the book. It's research.
