Ok, f'list, another REALLY IMPORTANT QUESTION for you. With the gendering of cars - the Suzuki Liana? Male, female or other?

I'm thinking female. Which means, horror upon horrors, that the crack bunny that wandered into my head today may actually turn out to be *gasp* het! In so much as an alien/car pairing can be het, (though maybe it's really alien/car/man??!) Not that the gendering of the car really matters too much within the context of my idea. But even so, I'd like to get it "right", so to speak. So, in the comments, break into groups of 4, discuss and then present your findings to... oh, never mind. Just tell me your thoughts. (Wolfy? Ros? I'm counting on you guys!)

Meanwhile, I am dead tired after crazy day at work today. Thursday before Easter is meant to be the second busiest day of the year, after Christmas eve. I started at 6am (I hate getting up in the 4s. 5:something I can handle, but setting the alarm for 4:30 is just wrong.) It was a pretty quiet start, but from about 8ish to about 2pm it was flat out. Insane. Then I worked til 4pm. Haven't done a crazy long day like that in ages. But somehow, knowing I have tomorrow off (Good Friday) made it not so bad. People seem more crazy at Christmas. But Easter, it was a bit more "oh I need some butter for my Hot Cross Buns!" - aww! And I got to serve some of my favourite customers and sold them nice things which I know they'll like (mmm, Holy Goat. nom nom nom).

Shortened version of conclusion of the rat saga. Rat eventually caught in trap, released back into the wild. Then, as though just to spite us, Moonwana catches a pigeon - which does not end well for the pigeon. Then, later, he brings in another rat - which we manage to herd out the door and it survives the one storey jump/drop off the verandah. So, either two rats safely released into the wild, or, the same rat safely released into the wild twice. I just hope we don't have a rat problem now.

work, rl, toby, questions, top gear (it's about slash not cars)
