nixwilliams came over and we did the sit out on the verandah, drink and talk thing. Which is really nice. Why do I always forget that? We ate grapes from the vine and they actually tasted of grape and didn't have really tough skins like they've had before.
Then we went into the sauna house and watched the pilot of Supernatural. Except that I hit that blasted "play all" button so it wasn't just the pilot, but the next two episodes as well. Our hilarious commentary was hilarious: Hot car is hot. Shiny car is shiny - and hot. Dean: I'm the prettiest man on the planet. Etc. Ok, it was funny at the time. But damnit, if I haven't deleted all my Impala icons. Fuck, that car is hot.
Also! OMG! I have learnt stuff from Top Gear. They were chasing some car, which you could only see in profile, and I was all "hey that's a golf" and then in a later shot you could see the VW symbol and nix was all impressed at my skillz. And I was, I'm ready to go on Top Gear now and do 'the guess the car from a little bit of it' game that they play in Season 1. Though we did have a golf when I was a kid, so, huh...
