What else? Oh yeah, we are having a preview of winter at the moment EVEN THOUGH IT IS STILL TECHNICALLY SUMMER. WTF? Ok, the cold is kinda nice and better for sleeping - but damnit, I can't suddenly start wearing winter clothes! February is usually the hottest month. I want to wear summery crap for a bit longer please, then crack out autumnal reds and greens and dark jackets and warm hats. But I can't find all that shit now! What do you think I am, organised?! *eyeroll* Thanks, global warming, you suck.
Ok, that was a stupid rant. I have far more reason to rant about work because we will be understaffed tomorrow - I think possibly only 4 of us instead of the usual 5 or (ideally) 6 (or more for fucks sake). I'm in denial though, because if I knew that it's only going to be us 4, then I might be tempted to just not show up. Saturday is the busiest day at the market and our shop is one of the busiest in the deli hall (apparently, according to our fans). I'm not looking forward to it. But at least the time will pass quickly. *sigh* I think I really am ready to move on. Anyone wanna pay me to write porn? No, for serious. I will write you porn for money. I guess I kinda undermine myself there because I will also write you porn for smiles if you ask me nicely enough.

-finish Stig-fic w/alien brain sexing for mah
-write Three Men in a Boat fic for nix and start up TMIAB fandom*
-write new TGS idea in which Richard is a steampunk robot with a broken clockwork heart, Stig is an alien concerned/obsessed with him, and James has to fix him while wearing red braces. (Possibly also featuring drunk!Jeremy). Then there is man/robot/alien sexing because omg if there's one thing top gear fandom needs, it's more crack! *g*

There appear to be only 4 hour-ish long episodes, so maybe you missed them, like I did until nix forced me to watch them and eat cheese and drink whiskey and do other activities THAT I HATE. If the answer is no, then let me ask you this: do you like Top Gear and do you watch Top Gear for reasons other than 'for the cars'? If the answers there are YES and YES, then I think you would like Three Men in the Boat. It's slashy in an OT3 way, there are boats (instead of cars), season 1 has a dog (Loli, who is cute, instead of Top Gear Dog, who is also cute), and it's British. And did I mention slashy? One of the three men is called Griff and he calls the other two men (Dara and Rory) 'his boys' (aw!) They all look like this. Have I sold it to you yet? Next up: WE START THE FANDOM! There doesn't appear to be one, so, what ho, we need to start it! Who's in???!)
Two guys just ran/jogged past my window (on the footpath) and one of them was yelling: "Stay with me! Stay with me, Dave! C'on! C'on! Stay with me!" Wow, I feel motivated now and my name's not even Dave. I can't do that for you, Dave. Ok, motivation quelled now. That was close. Phew.
