So I surprised myself a bit. My 2nd book of the summer, Naked Pictured Of Famous People, by Jon Stewart, I managed to read in just slightly over 24 hours. This is by far the fastest I have ever read a book at my own leisure. It was a tiny bit more dense than Carlin's, but about half as long. I consider it a major achievement in my life. I'm not sure what I will read next - I don't really want to spend more money on full priced books, and ordering discount from Amazon will take a few days, so I think I just might consult the local (GASP!) library. There are a few Stanislavsky books on acting that were recommended readings from the New School, so I'd like to read at least one of those. Until then I'm gonna work on some graphic novels that I bought a long time ago but never actually read. V For Vendetta is first on the list. I'd like to read at least one new book before I jump back into Bad Twin and World War Z and actually finish them this time.
Today at work I will be finishing Season 3 of The Sopranos, and maybe starting Season 1 of Arrested Development or getting back into Carnivale. Carnivale is a pretty cool show, but you've got to be really f'n patient with it.
Tonight, maybe go see Ratatoille, because I really want to.
Tomorrow (Friday) night...heh...we'll see what happens. I'd kinda like to check out Captivity. I have a mad crush on Elisha Cuthbert.
