I guess, maybe...he wasn't always there, but when he had free time he almost always spent it with us. He was really nice.

At the same time, it's been so long...it'd probably be really awkward if I saw him here or something.

Hn...

I wouldn't know what it's like to have a father; I grew up in an orphanage. Though... can't say I'd want to see anyone else from the orphanage show up here.

Yeah...I guess...well, it's not like I really want anyone showing up here. It's just not a good place.

Sometimes they do, when you least expect it. The scientists tend to work like that.

Is family something you're supposed to think about, on Thanksgiving? I'm not really familiar with the holiday.

Yeah, I guess it's not the most common holiday...well, it's giving thanks and all that--usually people count family as one of the blessings. And you spend Thanksgiving dinner with family most of the time. So usually people do more with their families around Thanksgiving, and Christmas, too.

Oh, yeah! We'll probably have another big gathering at Christmas, Demyx was talking about it at dinner a lot. So if you missed out on Thanksgiving, there's still Christmas. Maybe New Year's, too...
