Days 10 - 12
If you like to stargaze, visit Montana. There's NOTHING there.
But let's back up. Saturday was Boise, ID. Played at Neurolux with The Ebb & Flow, who were pretty good. Afterward a DJ came and then everybody came in the club and danced...after the bands were gone. The club gave us a lot of money and 14 Red Bulls, though.
We drove a few hours in the night, then slept in a Wal-Mart parking lot in Black Foot, ID. Drove through Yellowstone. Finally we got to Bozeman, MT and got a motel. Tiny city. Kinda lame. College town? We played at this hick venue (The Filling Station) with a band called The Touchers who played there four times in two weeks. Didn't get paid much. LAME.
Drove through BFE (aka WYOMING) to Colorado. Played the Hi-Dive in downtown Denver w/Team Awesome and another band. Not bad. Didn't get free food as expected. Now we're at my aunt and uncle's place outside of Denver. It is HUGE and they have one of those huge overhead showers, amidst other amenities.
