Anyone ever taken any knife-throwing lessons? I'm thinking I might start teaching after another year or so, and am wondering about the logistics/legalities involved; I'm assuming that I'll either need insurance or some kind of waiver for pupils to sign.
Can you absolve yourself of liability simply by providing a waiver of some sort?
May not be applicable, but say for example a guitar string broke during a private lesson, and injured the tutee's eye; Would the tutor be liable for damages?
