So, not that I don't dig the picture I have, but it's just a piece of Pirated Deviantart. How do I make them icon things. Cuz everybody got those pictures of Harry Potter or Peter Pan or what not, and then they got them catchphrases by'm. I'm confounded as ta how one goes about manufacturin such things.

After you delete enough userpics to bring your total below your limit, you will be able to view and use the upload form
