If you don't like it, don't fucking read it

Encouraging debate sharpens the mind. My mistake, though...you must be too busy contributing to society by...well, what were you doing again this week? This month? This year?

Twat.

You know what, fuck that.
You're an asshole, William Fucking Dayton.
You're a bitch ass whiney conservoliberal jewbastard.

This week I'm playing a show. This month I'm playing several more shows. This year I'm touring. Let me hear your music, Bill.

If your "contribution to society" is typing on the fucking livejournal about faggots getting married and how this applies to you (news flash - IT FUCKING DOESN'T!) then I'm pretty sure I'm doing considerably more than you are to get a point across, as I'm taking my message directly to the youth.

HOWEVER! My point is not a political one, it is one of apathy. Does this in turn mean that my views on the world less valid? Does this mean that my political platform of not having a political platform makes me less sharp in the mind?

Go ahead and bring up my lack of education, my surplus of drug use and all of that. It will continue to make you feel like a big fucking man in your own eyes. You'll continue to think you're making a difference by making political statements in your blog.

Kudos. Kudos to you for making the world a better place.

It wasn't about gays getting married. Read my post again. It said that I was pissed that activist judges were overturning popular vote. And guess what, some day that could apply to me. It might not apply to you...are you still allowed to vote after so many run-ins with the police?

As far as you "taking your message to the youth", can these kids even understand a word you are saying? What is your message exactly?

It is your right to be apathetic. I don't care what you choose to think or do. I also never said anything about your lack of "political platform" making your mind less sharp (your "surplus of drug use" pretty much accomplishes that on it's own); I said that debate encourages the sharpening of the mind.

My contribution isn't posting blogs. It's taking action in the community by getting people to vote, being a Big Brother to a young man whose father is in prison, working at a homeless shelter, donating time and money to relief causes, and helping people find jobs.

So if spending a minute updating my blog about my feelings about what's going on in the country that could some day be of serious consequence to our rights is masturbation, then it's laughable to think of what your posts must be. Getting wasted, making music that no one will care about in 10 minutes, what fictional character or vegetable you are? Spaghett?! So who the fuck are you to determine which blogs are worthwhile and which are "masturbation"?

You deserve the life you are living, you miserable, self-righteous fuck.

Bill, I love you.

I've never been in jail, or even a felon.
I'm not self-righteous, I just rock.
Political debate/statements/whatev in a forum where it's only your friends and (except me) like-minded people IS masturbation.
My message is nihilistic and probably sounds retarded on even its best day.
I post pointless bullshit in my journal, because this journal is pointless.

Seriously, I guess, kudos on all you're doing to change the world, if in fact it does change a goddamn thing for anybody.

My life could be a lot worse in the grand scheme of things. I could care about politics and be stressed about things that I have absolutely no control over.

Stay bitter, son.
