"The cost for a week of training is $399, 2 weeks is $499 and a month is $650. This price is non-refundable, whether you finish your time or not. You can pick any week you want, we just have to make sure Pat is here. At the end of you time, Pat will evaluate you and let you know if you can stay and train with us on a regular basis.
You need to send us your full name, social security number, & birth date for a background check. You also need to fax a recent & negative HIV and Hep B & C test, along with proof of health insurance. This all needs to be done 2 weeks before showing up.
You will be taking the basic classes unless you are invited to join the advanced. You will need to bring your own equipment (headgear, gloves, wraps, etc). Transportation to and from the gym as well as hotel accommodations are your responsibility and not part of the training fee. Most guys stay at The Heartland Inn.
