Looking for Insulin users or other shot-related medicinal users.
Hey all,
I'm working on a paper, actually do around 5 tomorrow and I am looking for anybody who takes a medicine they have to inject. I know of two that directly come to mind--Insulin and Enbrel--but I'm positive there are many, many more. I am looking for any suggestions you could give to somebody who has never given themself a shot or may be just starting the medicine. I'm looking for distraction techniques and ways to marginalize the pain experienced.
