After an hour last night and three hours tonight on the phone with my pops, I'm essentially finished with my 2007 Texas, save for some proofreading and actually mailing them off.
I owe the Federal Gov't exactly $0. This sum is partially a result of a made up number I had to invent along the way, but I had no idea it would make my owed amount precisely zero.
