Oyster cards...meh
So the Oyster card is, I think, quite a good idea, in that we are going to get tourists and infrequent visitors to London to subsidise us Londoners fares.
Toubles is, they have put the ordinary bus fares up, but you cannea use a prepay Oyster card on a bus until March. You can use 'em on the toob and DLR and that, but not a bus. They have introduced the disincentive before the incentive is available. It took me 20 minutes of interwebsurfing and a telephone call to find that out.
