This is gonna be in a random order.
Weird times. I feel like everyone has left. Most of my good friends have moved away, or will be moving soon. My old roomies and friends Lux, Peggy, and Courtney all moved to Cali. Emily, one of my best friends since high school moved to Florida the other day which makes me pretty sad (HAPPY FOR HER THOUGH!! :) and I can visit for free!). Trapp is moving to Cali at the end of the summer, and Holly might be moving back home. I am really happy for everyone, and know its part of life, but I still miss everyone and all the good times. But, life goes on, people come in and out, keeps things interesting I guess. Just want everyone to be happy :)
On a brighter note. Brett's mom is here again visiting for a week. She is moving here soon and has been looking for a job, and house. At the same time, we have been looking for a house for Brett's grandma who also wants to move here. And at the same time as that, we have been looking for a house for Brett and I. I think/hope we found a winner too. Its amazing. It has the biggest yard ever, and is all brand new inside. Brett and his mom are going to look at the inside tomorrow while I am at work. We looked in the windows twice today and it looks awesome inside. Cross our fingers :)
There is a store in southeast Grand Rapids called "P & S store" and when you say it outloud, yeah, just say it outloud kinda fast. We were driving around, and Brett's mom read the sign and I thought I heard her say something else lol.
4th of July is coming up soon and we're having a party at my parents house in Grand Haven. My mom has wanted to have a pie eating contest her whole life, so I told her, ALRIGHT WE ARE DOING IT ON THE 4TH. She got way excited and decided we are gonna basically have a whole carnival in our backyard. She also wants to have a toilet paper unrolling contest, polish ski race, water balloon toss, and best of all, a ribbon dancing contest ahhhhhhhahaha. Pretty excited. 4th of July is my favorite holiday.
We are taking Brett's mom back to Chicago on Saturday morning. Then Brett and I are staying the night there and going to Ikea and woodfield mall and stuff. Then the next weekend he is flying home to Iowa to help his mom pack up cause she has to be moved out of her house at the end of this month.
My dad was peeing blood. He got a cat scan. Turns out he has two kidney stones. Ouch. Even though it will be painful, and crappy, I am still very thankful it was nothing more serious.
Tonight we went out to eat at Mangiamo. One of my FAVORITE restaurants in Grand Rapids. Its an old mansion they turned into a restaurant. Its owned by the Gilmore collection, ya know, Kirby, The Bob, Bite, etc...We ate outside (my favorite spot) and the weather couldnt be more perfect. We ate with two ladies from Brett's work and parts of their families. I didnt feel like going at first, just cause I hate stupid small talk, but it turned out to be a really good time and Im glad I went. It reminded me of last summer, going out to eat there with Erin, Abby, Lux and Brett and wondering if we should order the lamb shank ahaha.

Oh. Brett and I saw Kung Foo Panda. ahaha it was pretty funny. The turtle in it is really funny. I love 3d cartoon movies like that. I CANT WAIT FOR WALLI TO COME OUT!!!!AHHHHH!!!!
