why what a surprise...I'm bored!
Wednesday. Half way through the week. Supposedly, I will have things to do today, and throughout the rest of the week. So far, nothing. Well, I guess that’s not entirely true. I re-faxed something that a subcontractor lost. I know that things will be picking up, and I really shouldn’t complain, because it could certainly be worse. I mean really, I’m getting paid to sit around and daydream and post on the internet. There are certainly worse things. I’m just a whiney baby, that’s all.
astrokel leaves this weekend to head up to visit her family. I’m glad that she’s getting to go do that, because she doesn’t get to see them very often. I’m just sad that she’ll be gone. But at least it’s not for too long.
So, some highly enlightened individual calling himself “Ramrod Pimp,” posted on the Geekin’ boards railing against our movie. I knew that criticism would come, but this sort of inane mud slinging is just annoying. I mean, for god’s sake, how can you pan a movie that doesn’t exist yet? Whatever, it’s not worth my time, but it’s just frustrating.
Anyways, so I’m sitting here typing. Typing, typing, typing. I wish I could at least read my book. At least lunch isn’t too far off.
