Sorry for posting my comments so late for this one. I've been a bit too busy to leave a decent comment for this episode.

Ok, I could have done without the drug actually being propofol. At this point, I could easily go the next ten years without hearing a Michael Jackson reference.

Pen to the throat suicide attempt. Honestly, if that doesn't advertise his guilt, I really don't know what does. It also made me think of different cultures. I'm thinking if the guy did that in Japan, I'm wondering if the detectives would have let him die so the guy could let his family save face. Sorry, I know that's a tangent, but the moment just made me think how the situation could have gone differently. Though I think in Japan the guy probably wouldn't have made it down to the precinct before making the attempt.

I am definitely getting the feeling Mike likes to tease Connie.

Ok, the doctor working for the pharmaceutical company and all the pictures of the golfing trips reminded me very vividly of the scene from the movie "The Fugitive" where Harrison Ford breaks into the one armed man's house and finds all those pictures of the Caribbean fishing trip. Oh, there's nothing nefarious going on here -- why do you ask?

Missed Connie going after Jack's lunch the first time, had to rewind. LOL And her's and Mike's rather pouty faces on just getting chips.

Love that Jack shows the CEO that he can't be bought. A very in character moment.

The second to last scene with the supervisor. Supervisor is going down, but oh, hey, Mr. Defense Attorney, we're still going to blow the whistle on your drug company too.

Oh. Righteous. Mike Cutter, this is why I love you.

It was pointed out to me in the last scene that maybe there was a possibility that Mike lied? He said that he had to talk to the families about the sentencing first, but the only one we see him talk to is the husband. So did he save the husband for last or did he only bring in the husband to ok the sentencing? My feeling is Mike only brought in the husband. Thoughts?
