Building is built. Building is built so bad, the pipes leak feces into the lightning system. Turns out, you can't get your money back from the contractor because they won the bid through the US government, and won't give it back.
So, why again are we fighting over there? Not the same reason why we were fighting in Vietnam - which was to make certain companies very rich, right? Naahhhhh. Couldn't be.
