Lady goes into the emergency room, bleeding from the mouth and writhing and pain. After 45 minutes, the husband calls 9-1-1. From the hospital. Trying to get an ambulance to take them somewhere.

The response? Ignore the first call, ignore the second call, then arrest them just in time for the woman to die in the police car.
