Alergies

For as long as I can remember I've been an allergy sufferer. At some point I recognized the cycle a little better that certain times of the year it was worse than others, this morning I found another puzzle piece. I've been tracking air quality since the last set of fires. This morning I woke up feeling fine, walked into the kitchen and was instantly alergyheaded. The kitchen window was open. I went to the computer and checked air quality and it was listed as USG (unsafe for sensitive groups). We have 2 hepa air filters in our apartment, I closed all the windows, and in a short while the alergyheadedness went away. If you've allergy troubles, might be worth noting.
