Rehearsal notes and other stuff
So yesterday one of my castmates told me I play one of my characters very well. I'm pretty sure that that's a compliment, but the character he was talking about was the drunk, abusive, Russian husband of Scrooge's maid. So, apparently I play a drunk abuser well. I'm not sure that that's a good thing or not. But I'll take it as a compliment.
Otherwise, rehearsals are going really well. I'm enjoying acting with these folks. And most of them I don't know, so forging some new friendships is really nice. Plus, they're making it really easy to really get into my roles. So, yay for that!
Also, I'm trying to go off book tonight. Eep! We'll see how well that goes.

I'm also going to try my hand at this NaBloPoMo thingy. That's National Blog Posting Month, for those that don't know. I don't know if I'll actually do it, or if any of my posts are going to be interesting to anyone other than me (or if they'll even be interesting to me). But I'm going to give it the old college try. It'll be easier than NaNoWriMo (National Novel Writing Month). I'm pretty sure I couldn't do that because I just don't have enough time to write an entire novel. Nor do I have a plot. Or any desire, really. Heh.
