Anyways, I'm selling my Alero to my paps, so it is no longer available on the open market. I know all of you were itching to give me $7,900 for it too. I don't know how many of you watch Poker Superstars, but Chris Moneymaker currently has 5pts, and I think that's the lowest anybody has. I mean that guy is the fucking man at poker, he won the WSOP and qualified from an online satellite, how can he be doing so horribly? The reason is still evading me.
July 22nd the Rockford Charitable Games organization is holding a charity poker tournament where the proceeds go to the National Rifle Association. WHAT?!?!? I think that's one of the most ridiculous things I've heard since Angelo told me he was quitting video games for like the 5 billionth time. Seriously, churches, shelters for beaten women/children, I can see that, but the fucking NRA? I can barely tolerate having my money raked to shit for starving children and beat up women, why the fuck would I want to give my rake to a bunch of gun toting fucks. If you know anybody in the NRA you should seriously punch them in the throat as soon as possible.
I'm feeling somewhat generous at the moment, so I'm going to let you all in on a little poker secret that if used properly will surely triple your earnings over a one month period. The basic jist of this technique goes like this: when betting or raising place the amount of chips you want your opponents to think you are betting/raising in the pot, then wait 1-3 seconds and declare the extra amount of chips you really want to bet/raise. During the 1-3 second wait you want to be looking at your opponents intensely and gauging there reaction to the precursor bet/raise to determine how much you should really bet/raise after the 1-3 seconds or if you should even bet/raise more at all. One of they key aspects of this technique is to quickly splash the pot to make reversing your bet as painful as possible. It's very important to defend your final bet to the death. Some people may accuse you of "string betting". If this happens just ignore them and tell them to shut up. They are most likely just jealous of you.
