UGH!!! I HATE HIGH SCHOOL DRAMA!!!! There, now I feel a little better. Pretty good day...until tonight. And drama. I hate having to deal with people's stupid crap!
About noon today, my brother and his friend ran in from the kitchen (I was watching them) yelling about a "man who was breathing hard." I thought it was a weird homeless guy, so I told them to stay inside and lock the door. I looked out, and I saw all our neighbors grouped around a house they're building. I went out to check it out, and I see (and hear) a man leaning against the house breathing really heavily. One woman's on the phone with the ambulance. Finally the ambulance came (fairly quickly), and THEN the guy's coworker (only one of the two that spoke English) came. Apparently the guy'd been sanding (minus mask and alone) and he couldn't breathe. Thank God the neighbors ran out. Thank God for small miracles, like summer and retired couples.
