Breathing Underwater, Inc. - May 07, 2005
Breathing Underwater guitarist, John Pregler, and Breathing Underwater pianist/lead vocalist, Jake Hoke, recently spent the morning of Wednesday, April 27th, 2005 at the law offices of FACCA, RICHTER & PREGLER officially registering Breathing Underwater, Inc.
Breathing Underwater, Inc. will serve as the launching pad for the upcoming anticipated debut EP from Breathing Underwater. At the same time, the newly founded corporation will be the home to multiple new projects including a new Breathing Underwater clothing line currently in developement.
A brand new website pertaining to all things Breathing Underwater, Inc. is expected to launch shortly. Details TBA.
In other news, Breathing Underwater expect to have a brand new batch of promotional photos (shot on April, 29th with photographer Andy Schwegler) posted by mid-next week. In addition, a second promotional shoot has been scheduled in the coming weeks which will be the first shoot to include the new members of Breathing Underwater.
