ooc: This article original appeared in the Maine town's morning news paper, but because of the content, quickly spread online and through other forms of media.

A small community tucked away in Maine had a shocking event roar through their picturesque town in the middle of the night. One of the nice, well kept homes suddenly burst into flames just after midnight.

Though houses catching on fire is especially out of the ordinary, this particular fire was. Because, no matter how much water the local fire department used on it, it seemed to keep going and withstood their efforts for much longer then they should have. As well, the fire seemed to leap up into the air and take the shape of a flying dragon, if only for a moment.

The crowd standing near seemed to ooooh and awwww when that happened.

"It's nothing to be cheering on," the flustered Mayor was overheard saying. "This is a serious danger to our community!"

The other suspicious occurrence with the fire was the words burned into the ground in front of the house. Friends of Humanity, written in dark bold, burnt lettering.

"I don't know who did this," the Mayor continued, "but I want them brought to justice!"

Or perhaps that is what happened to the three men that were inside the home at the time. The community was unaware of any Friends of Humanity activity, and would not welcome it. Someone seemed to know something more, or perhaps was entirely wrong. The investigation will be continuing.

The three men are in critical condition, with deep third degree burns covering most of their bodies. There were no deaths.
