It's still colder than a well digger's ass outside, but it's very sunny and the pavement looks dry. Maybe we can get out this afternoon. I hope so...I spent yesterday in a t-shirt, sweat pants and no shoes. This morning, I got up and showered and dressed so I wouldn't have another day like that.
I read The Ritual Bath by Faye Kellerman yesterday. It was her first Pete Decker/Rina Lazarus novel. Having read some of the later books, I can see how much she's improved. I have another book by her, The Serpent's Tooth, and a Lee Child novel to read. They should keep me entertained for today, regardless of whether or not we go out for coffee. I can't get all that excited about the current crop of movies. Can't really get that worked up over television, either; last night, they showed the end of the third season and beginning of the third season of NCIS, where Sasha Alexander leaves the show and Cote de Pablo joins. Sorry to hear that Suzanne Pleshette died last night of respiratory failure. She had been fighting lung cancer. She was part of what I consider to be the funniest TV moment of all time: the last scene of "Newhart". Rest in peace, Suzanne.
Anyway, off to have a fun day.
