(no subject)
The Mac Mini arrived today at lunch time, and of course Mary and I promptly went out for the afternoon, and I have yet to start it up, but I plan on doing that in the next few minutes or so, meaning that the monitor is going with the new computer. I have a ton of stuff to move over, but it'll all get moved somehow. Thank heaven for home networks.
I'm watching something on Turner Classic Movies as I'm doing this. Just a minute ago they had Bill Haley and the Comets doing a rockin' instrumental. The (standup) bass player was a riot; he was on his back playing it, riding it like a horse, carrying it like a guitar, etc....I never tried anything like that.
I realized something today: Mary and I have seen The Good Shepherd and Night at the Museum in the last week, and both movies featured the lead character being urinated on. I know, I'm strange.....
