Unlike with Ian Smith, who I guess is a symbol rather than a person to me, I did not feel pure jubilation this morning when I saw the news that Jesse Helms had died.  But I did think of this song, from parody-rapper MC Hawking.  Enjoy, and memorialize Helms in your own way.
