Anticipation
One of the biggest problems with waiting two years after getting engaged to actually get married is that I have two years of build up. Two years of planning, two years of going to other people's weddings, two years of getting excited. Then it all goes down in one day, and only a few of those hours are the actual thing. No matter how awesome it is, it's still probably going to be a disappointment because it will be too short! I think we should have a week-long wedding celebration. Except someone else should plan it and pay for it. :)
Be prepared for me to talk about nothing but the wedding for months before and months after! There's still many months before things even start to get close, though. Until then I'll try to keep discussion of it to a minimum.
